Delicious food, great for vegans and vegetarians. Excellent customer service, the kind lady that took my order recommended my husband & I entrees and it was scrumptious. Cozy & clean atmosphere. The cherry on top is it’s fresh organic ingredients. I will be going back!!!

Just as the sign promised, Sweet Yams was a quick 15 minute walk from the convention center. I'm so glad I found this gem. The food is incredibly yummy and the woman who I assume is the owner was so sweet. I will definitely return if I find myself in San Antonio again!

My wife insisted we go to this place. She claimed that I'd like it even though it's organic cuisine. As usual, she was right! Food is excellent and the atmosphere is a bit eclectic and fun. A real gem hidden in downtown San Antonio!

The food was passable, but could use some flavor. I wish they had quinoa instead of rice as the base option. The cupcake was too sweet and sugary. The shrimp tasted mushy, and I wouldn't recommend that dish.

I am so glad I found this spot while in San Antonio! I like to be healthy even when traveling and that is not always an easy task. San Antonio has great food but it is heavy, so this place is a savior! The food was fantastic and SO FRESH! I will eat here every day that I am here. The food and service was wonderful. I do wish their hours were more extensive.

One word - DELICIOUS!!! Highly recommend. Our order: stemmed sweet yams, chili, mushroom burger, mac & cheese shrimp and blackened chicken. All tasted DELICIOUS. You can tell they take pride in what they serve you. We will definitely come here again. Yummy, So GOOD!!!

This place was awesome! It has unique warm/functional/positive environment. They’ve been in business for 10 years and it’s most likely due to the combination of the service, tasty food, and how well they’ve kept up with the place. I ordered a yam/chicken/rice bowl with Thai spiced sauce and it was delicious. I would recommend coming here with a medium crowd (or alone like I did)and having a nice meal. The environment supports it. The reviews speak for themselves.

I never eat out but this is one of the few places I’ll eat at. Clean ingredients, real food!! Awesome food!! Awesome service!! This was the vegan Chili. It is yummy for my tummy with a side broccoli!!
